POSITION PURPOSE: Provides comprehensive Nurse support in order to monitor, track and report COVID-19 cases within the district.


  • Receive telephone calls, correspondence and visitors in regards to COVID-19.

  • Prepare, type, copy, mail, and file materials such as correspondence, reports, and bulletins as they pertain to COVID-19.

  • Schedule appointments and meetings as required.

  • Comply with and maintain knowledge of all policies and regulations pertinent to the district's COVID-19 initiative.

  • Send out mailings as required regarding COVID-19.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES: Perform all other Duties as assigned by the Chief Administrative and Human Resources Services Officer.


  • Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two year college preferred.

  • High school diploma and one year relevant office experience; or general education degree (GED) and three years relevant office experience.

  • Must have excellent EXCEL and GOOGLE DOC skills.

    EXPERIENCE: To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Ability to use the Internet for research applications. Must have proficient skills in using Google Docs.Must possess working knowledge of common office equipment, such as fax, copier, calculator, etc.

DAYS PER YEAR: To Be Determined

SALARY CLASSIFICATION: Paid on the Registered Nurse's Salary Schedule.

EMPLOYEE GROUP: Professional Licensed Staff
