As the Quality and Risk Manager, you will be responsible for evaluating and managing a safe and efficient work environment for your facility. You will coordinate facility wide programs designated to the continuous improvement of the quality of care and service delivered to our patients, employees, physicians and payors. Your goal is to minimize the probability of risk across the center, maximize the quality of care given and provide a safer facility for our patients and personnel. What you'll do:Oversee the collection, compilation, analysis and presentation of evidence for your centersYou will distribute Service Quality Index scoresFacilitate team-oriented approaches to process improvement and problem solving amongst your teamYou will oversee safety in-service programs across your facilityMaintain, review, receive and report all variances for your centerYou will prepare and present findings and outcome measures related to your initiativesDevelop and manage peer review processes for your teamYou will perform tracking and trending of patient satisfaction survey feedbackMaintain requirements from OSHA, CMS, AAAHC and federal agencies related to quality improvement, risk management and quality of care for your centerYou will coordinate and prepare for state/federal inspections and accreditation surveys54092 is proud to have a distinguished reputation as a provider of ambulatory surgical care serving Horry County and surrounding areas. Grande Dunes has three operating rooms, one GI/Endoscopy room, one procedure room, and large pre- and post-operative areas. The highly trained staff is friendly, courteous, and share the same top priority - quality patient care. Performing 760 cases per month, our specialties include GYN, ophthalmology, ENT, podiatry, general surgery, plastics, cardiology, GI, oral/maxillofacial, and orthopedics.
