Directs and manages Tri-County Community Mental Health Center’s adult and children and families (CAF) clinical services implementation, enhancement, and day-to-day operations through oversight of all clinical services in Chesterfield, Marlboro, and Dillon service areas to include school mental health services. Supervises the school mental health liaison. Monitors, interprets, and utilizes clinical outcomes and quality improvement strategies to recommend service/program enhancements, revisions, and other changes needed to provide effective and efficient service delivery. Assesses clinical staff’s training needs and secures appropriate trainings to meet those needs based on funding availability. Manages programs that serve patients in out-of-home placements (e.g., CAF placements, Community Hospital Liaison) to ensure patients are served in the least restrictive environment, are served in communities when appropriate, and return to communities as quickly as possible following residential placements. Oversees the implementation of the Intensive Community Treatment (ICT) program across the catchment area. Oversees the Center’s utilization of crisis funds. In collaboration with the Center's Director of Administration, approves patient requests for community housing funds ensuring that they are appropriately utilized. Serves as Center's Emergency Services Coordinator and ensures quarterly assessments are completed. Supervises the community crisis response intervention (CCRI) to include day-to-day operations. Works to maintain the Center’s reputation as a source of high quality mental health care in the communities served. Monitors and enhances the Center’s referral process to increase access and provide timely responses with appropriate information to referral sources. Serves on the Center’s Leadership and Management and other committees as assigned. Minimum and Additional Requirements State Minimum Requirements: A bachelor's degree and relevant program experience. Agency Minimum Requirements: A master's degree in guidance, counseling, the social sciences, or related field and three (3) years of clinical experience. Must have a valid driver's license.
