Elite Home Care Home Care Operations Manager in Liberty, South Carolina

Objective: The Home Care Operations Manager for Elite Home Care, LLC will be responsible for  overseeing the day to day operations of the Elite Home Care Office in Pickens. The Home Care Operations Manager ensures both state and federal  regulatory compliance in the Office through the implementation of Elite Home Care policies and procedures. The Home Care Operations Manager will maintain brand uniformity for the Elite Home Care Offices in terms of scheduling, and operational processes. The Home Care Operations Manager must be skilled in developing new processes and procedures, while also looking for opportunities to increase the efficiency of the Office.  

Primary Responsibilities (including, but not limited to): 

The Home Care Operations Manager will supervise the scheduler, receptionist, and other office staff at the Pickens location, and serve as a resource to provide support for the Office's daily operations and scheduling. The Home Care Operations Manager will be keenly aware of daily and weekly trends, anticipated growth, as well as analyzing for new growth and maintenance of growth. The Home Care Operations Manager will be responsible for the oversight and improvement of all aspects of the Office’s Operations, such as, Overtime, Resolutions, Hiring, Training, Quality of Care, and the Quality of the Schedule. 

The Operations Manager will coordinate efforts and serve as a Catalyst among all staff employed by Elite’s various service lines to enhance the Member/Client’s experiences. Ensuring the optimal amount of collaborative efforts are being made to address care challenges and uphold the quality and expectations of Elite’s services.  

The Home Care Operations Manager will participate in a formal, weekly call with the Regional Director to discuss each individual Office’s performances for the week prior, and participate in the development of solutions to any challenges that may arise.
