Primary Function/General Purpose of Position
Manages all clinical and non-clinical staff, ensuring operational functions for both on and off site are met. Compliance with internal/external policies and procedures (local, state and federal) BLS, AED, ACLS OSHA 300 log experience
RN with 3-5 years of management preferred
BLS,AED, Must be able to respond to emergency situations throughout the worksite unrestricted SC RN license.
Experience in TQM process, working in large matrixed organization, EMR, data tracking,
analyzing and trending as well as reporting.
Essential Job Functions
Manages all daily operations for a dynamic drive through site.
Partners and maintains a professional relationship with the company’s stakeholders
Responsible for daily set up and break down of site.
Ensures safety of the team at all times.
Coordinates with leadership regarding implementation of new services.
Managers communication with BSMG regarding availability and services.
Partnership with health system managers to develop site specific work plans that insure compliance with regulatory agencies such as JCAHO, OSHA, HIPAA, CLIA, Point of Care, DHEC, etc.
Functions as market leader for system-level calls and committees regarding services and workflows.
Assures completion of system required safety and competency measures for staff
Manages employees’ compliance with all mandatory requirements and verifying that all licensed professionals are current with certifications, competencies, credentials ,and CEU’s
Coordinates and participates in special projects/committees as requested by the company
Serves as time-keeper.
Developing monthly dashboards and quarterly dashboard
Maintains a practice environment where physician and/or patient concerns are effectively addressed
Works with Connect Care to establish new workflows within EPIC
Ensures proper documentation and billing practices.
Cross train in all roles in the environment
Maintains a professional rapport and cooperative relationships with both employees and customers, approaches conflict in a constructive manner, helps to identify problems, offers solutions
Interviews, hires, and trains new candidates/employees
Completes performance evaluations for all direct reports
Assures continuous quality improvement processes are measured and documented.
Partners with HR to resolve Employee Relations issues
Maintains highly engaged work team through Gallup, Success Factors and other initiatives
