Hospital Custodian

Looking for custodial and housekeeping positions for state mental hospital Cleans and sanitizes according to hospital and DHEC standards. Ensures that patient rooms are adequately cleaned prior to, during, and following patient admission according to hospital standards. Empties trash receptacles as required. Cleans restrooms according to hospital standards as required. Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

Custodian

1st shift positions, weekend work required every other weekend

40 hours/week

Hospital environment

Located downtown or Farrow Rd. area

Temp to hire

The essential functions of this role include:

  • working in a smoke free environment

  • manual lifting up to 25lbs

  • standing for 8 hours at one time

  • working weekends

  • High School (required)

  • Years of experience: 1 year

Working hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM
