Advertised Job Summary:

Highly demanding health care professional position requiring sound knowledge of health insurance and other revenue models, accounting principles, critical thinking skills, budget development, analysis and execution. The primary responsibility of this position is to coordinate financial operations in conjunction with executive leadership, in order to optimize the revenue cycle, reduce expenses and comply with laws, regulations and accrediting standards in the financial areas of student health services. Assists with strategic planning, contract negotiating, reimbursement, procurement and filing of health insurance claims.

Advertised Minimum Qualifications :

Master’s degree and 6 years related experience in business, public administration or administrative services; or bachelor’s degree and 8 years related experience. Minimum of 2 years of financial management experience in a health care setting and a minimum of 2 years experience in health care accounting and health insurance. Have experience with revenue cycles and forecasting. Extensive knowledge and experience with excel to include pivot tables.
