Kelly Services Scientific Project Manager in Charleston, South Carolina

Kelly Science & Clinical has a new permanent opportunity for a Scientific Project Manager with a Biotech company in the Charleston, SC area. While the position is 100% on-site, relocation assistance will be provided!

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all study documentation is filed in the trial master files (TMF) according to regulatory and company standards

  • Manage clinical operational projects including, but not limited to: trial timeline, budget, resources, and vendors

  • Lead sponsor study startup processes such as kick-off meeting, set-up of TMF, site and vendor selection, and Clinical trial budgets and agreements

  • Ensure tracking, follow-up, and resolution of site issues have been completed

  • Provide support to Clinical Trial Leads

  • Other duties as requested

You are an excellent fit if you meet the following qualifications:

  • BS/MS in Life or Pharmaceutical Sciences (or closely related STEM discipline)

  • Must have 3+ years of Scientific or Clinical Project Management experience with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and budgets

  • Clinical Phase 1-3 experience, preferred

  • Clinical Project Management experience at either a sponsor or CRO, preferred

  • Therapeutic experience in dermatology and/or ophthalmology

  • Highly organized with team-oriented mindset

  • Passionate about investing in a company and growing with them over time

  • Able to jump in and move business forward
