AnMed Health Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) in Anderson, South Carolina
CMA will work within a centralized outreach function in Physician Network Services (WellnessConnect) and schedule new patient appointments into the primary care network. Additional dutues could include schedule appointment or completing necessary forms to close care gaps, scan and transcibe results and reports into Epic, pend orders to close gaps in care, and perform pre visit planning for AWV and HM appointments.
Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required. Medial assistanting certification by American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA), National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT), National Healthcareer Association (NHA), or American Medical Technologist (AMT) required. Minimum of two (2) years clinical experience preferred.
